   We arrange a visit to your property, usually within 48 hours. We look at access, ground conditions, existing structure and any practical constraints, and answer your questions face to face.

3. 3. A clear, itemised estimate

   You receive a written estimate that breaks down labour, materials and any specialist work such as steel beams or foundations. No vague lump sums, and no obligation to proceed.

4. 4. A plan you can rely on

   If you decide to go ahead, we agree a programme of works, a single point of contact and regular progress updates, so you always know what is happening on site.
