Masters Group was founded in 1994 by Nigel Wells and Alan Maysey, two Brighton builders who got tired of seeing local homeowners let down by inconsistent quoting, missed deadlines, and patched-together sub-contracting. Thirty years later, the company has delivered more than 60 new build properties across East Sussex with zero warranty claims on file.

We still run every project the same way: Nigel or Alan on site, a fixed partner network for plumbing, plastering, and structural work, and one site manager you can ring directly. No call centre, no offshore admin, no daisy chain of subbies.
